This means that routine correspondence from Companies House and HMRC is sent directly to us, and can therefore be dealt with promptly. The location of a company’s registered office determines which tax office will deal with its corporation tax affairs, and therefore, in principle, the same Inspector of Taxes handles the corporation tax affairs for all our clients.
