Agreement

This agreement governs the use of the Competex website, including all associated and incidental services provided by Competex resulting from the use of this website, and sets out the terms of purchase of company formation services online at www.competex.co.uk.

Competex Ltd and Competex Umbrella Ltd reserves the right, at its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on the website. Your use of the Competex website constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications made by Competex as permitted above.

Limitations of use regarding our Guides and website content

You may not publish, transmit, transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement.

You may download or copy the information and advice contained on the Competex website for your own personal use only, provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such Content.

Every endeavour will be taken to ensure that the service is updated regularly to ensure its accuracy and compliance with current legislation.

Company formation

Cancellations

Clients purchasing company formation from Competex Ltd will not be eligible to cancel their order as this service is exempt under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (Regulation 13c).

In submitting your information, you accept that Competex will immediately start the process of forming your company, and that this process is irreversible and therefore cannot be cancelled at any time following your purchase.

Refunds

As stated above, all transactions of this type are exempt under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (Regulation 13c). Therefore the company formation fee is non-refundable in the event that you change your mind or wish to withdraw your request to form a company.

Support

In the event that you need to submit information to us online, Competex will provide technical support via email and telephone to assist you in the process. However, we are not legal or financial advisers and are not authorised to provide legal or financial advice.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
