The Winning Assignments Workshop is led by Simon Berry who has been running the Interim Management Association (IMA) Induction Workshop on behalf of RiB Ltd. During this time he has helped over 600 senior executives to decide if an interim career is viable for them, and then helps them to win their first assignments.

In mid 2007, Simon set up Interim Assignment specifically to help Interim Managers sell and market themselves effectively. He believes this is vital for two main reasons:

• It helps the Interim Managers create the working life they really want
• It helps grow the interim market overall, which benefits everyone involved

The workshop is equally suitable for new interims setting out on a fresh career, or for seasoned interims looking to kick start their approach to winning assignments.
