Company formation
Competex offers a fast incorporation service, handling all the necessary formalities on your behalf. Our company formation forms for new clients are extremely straightforward and easy to complete and can be downloaded here. All documents are scanned on receipt and held electronically on our servers.
Because new companies are incorporated on-line at Companies House, we are usually able to send out your Certificate of Incorporation and other associated documentation to you on the same day that we receive your forms.
All companies are registered with Companies House on the Proof scheme to prevent fraudulent access to your company’s records.
The fee for company formation is £150+VAT. There is no charge for the basic accountancy package until a client starts his/her first assignment.
If you already have a company
We can arrange for an existing company to be brought into our system, and you have the option at this stage to change the company name and the directors and shareholders if you wish. If your company has already traded there is a protocol between accountants which allows us to effect the transfer to Competex without you having to contact your previous accountant, although it would be courteous to do so.
