Company Formation
We arrange for the formation of your new company, handling all the
necessary documentation. We do this electronically so that your
chosen company name is registered, usually, on the same day that
we receive your instructions.

Company Secretarial
We act as your company secretary, preparing all minutes of statutory
meetings and filing all relevant documents at Companies House, including
the Annual Return, at no extra cost. Your registered office is co-located
at our office, where your statutory books are kept on computer.
This means that all correspondence from Companies House and Revenue
and Customs (HMRC) comes to us and is dealet with by us.

Payroll
We apply to HMRC to set up a payroll scheme for your company and
act as your agent thereafter, liaising with HMRC on all payroll
matters. We calculate salaries each month based on the funds you
have available and then arrange payment of your net salary to you,
and the tax and national insurance to the collector of taxes. We
also produce forms P60, P35 and P11D at the end of the tax year.
Our system allows you to alter your salary each month if required.

Accounts Preparation and Corporation Tax
We provide you with a standard book-keeping package that is screen-based,
although hard copies can be supplied if preferred, and from which
we prepare your annual accounts. We prepare your corporation tax
computation and corporation tax return and deliver these, together
with your accounts to the inspector of taxes. We lodge your accounts
with Companies House, and provide you with copies for your own use.
We will select your company year-end to be 31st March, 30th June,
30th September or 31st December, whichever gives the longest initial
accounting period of less than 12 months from the date of incorporation.

VAT
We apply to HMRC for your company to be registered for VAT, and
our standard book-keeping package provides a simple method for calculating
the tax due each quarter. You should therefore be able to complete
your VAT returns without difficulty, but we will assist you if required.
We will advise you, when asked, if the 'flat rate sceme' is more
appropriate for you

Advice line
You may contact us at any time and we will do our best to help you,
free of charge, in good faith and without liability. However, because
we are not registered to do so, we can give only limited advice
on pension matters and we would encourage you to speak to your own
advisor on this particular subject.
